Scope of work:

The incumbent will be responsible to develop and execute the fire and rescue work system for members and volunteers who available at Narogong and maybe at Cilacap Plants. The person will have to ensure that NR Fire and Rescue operations are relevant with Indonesian laws and regulations and also with company policy.

Requirements:

1. Education : University degree.
2. Experiences : Min. 5 years experiences at Fire & Rescue disciplines.

• Good knowledge of fire and rescue technique and its facility.

Job Title : SHOP RENOVATION & BRANDING SUPPORT

Scope of work:

The incumbent will be responsible to develop sustainable construction solutions for our end users, customers and channel according the developing markets of affordable housing needs. The person also will have to keep the focus on customer satisfaction through increasing customer values and integrated services, in order to allow margin increases.

Requirements:

1. Education : University degree from Civil Engineering or Architecture
2. Experiences :
• Min. 5-10 years experience associated with the construction Industry within Indonesia (and/or the region).
• Has experienced project management and involvement directly on construction sites.

3. Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes
4. Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
5. Other qualifications :

• Good overall business understanding.

The principal accountabilities are as follows :

• Create synergy on cash management implementation
• Standard Operating Procedures compliance and refinements
• National Office and Unit Operation Management to provide training and development on Treasury and Risk Management issues where cooperation and awarness is a critical factor.
• Corporate secretary to meet all legal requirements
• Tax Manager to avoid all negative tax Implications
• CCA Treasury and CCAI President Director/Finance Director to:
• Provide report on funding positions.
• Policy compliance
• CCA Risk and Insurance to coordinate policy compliance

External

• Banks to up-date banking product, matching corporate requirements, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and other incomes.
• Bank Indonesia to provide required report, develop relationship.
• Programmer to coordinate streamlining and automation of information issuance and retrievement of required data.

In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications :

• Minimum education background : MBA with 4 years working experience as FX dealer or corporate treasury with active experience in FX management.
• Competencies: Business Acumen, Management, leadership,
• Technical competencies: Cash flow projection, projection on social, politics and economics change, Projection on macro economics, Indonesian Legal Matter, High risk conciousness
• Quick decision making under high pressure and short time frame, Maximize earning, Cost / Benefit Analysis.
