REQUIREMENTS:

• Male or Female, Above 26 years old

• Have 5-7 years experience in VAS/Applications services Planning, network budget and price performance evaluation, Generation of RFP and Vendor Evaluation (Preferably from Telecommunication Industry)
• Familiar with IN,SMSC,WAP,CRBT,VP,SDP based platforms and applications
• Have basic call flows,services platforms such as IN,SMSC,WAP,Java related trainings from vendors in past experience
• Excellent with Computer skills ( Windows, MS Project,Excel Programming)
• Good communication skill, Creative and Innovative

• Be responsible to manage and ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the DAP Batam factory
• Ensure production team meets production targets and KPI
• Ensure efficient management of the logistics and store activities

• Plan and Control the annual operating budget and expenditure of the factory.
