PRODUCTION FOREMAN

Cikarang

Responsible :

• Assisting the Shift Supervisor for supervising all the production activity in the production floor
• To ensure that the production process run as per quality specification (Drawing), production target, working instruction and schedule
• During the absence of Shift Supervisor or Production Manager, Production Foreman could make decision for production / maintenance problem, providing he/she has consulted the action with Shift Supervisor, Production Manager or Plant Manager
• To ensure that the production activity will maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping
• Notify maintenance department for necessary repairs and breakdowns
• Inputting and controlling Efficiency of Production Report
• To monitor daily attendances and personnel planning
• Arrange the production schedules as per planning department request
• Overtime planning


Requirements :

• Minimum Technical High School or above
• Having Minimum 3 years’ experience in production
• Have a good supervisory skill
• Highly motivated, and able to exercise sound business acumen and discretion meticulous, with a keen eye for details
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• A good communicator and fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel & Power Point
