• Have knowledge in technical matters of office interiors projects, • High accuracy, • Strong in numerical computation, • Work experience, minimum 2 years in office interior project estimation : to build up BQ; to make quotation, et cetera, • Minimum graduated from STM of related education background, • Computer literate, • Good proficiency in English : Both speaking & writing, • To be able to finish the job with minimum supervision in timely manner; familiar with working under pressure, • Good team player, honest, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit.

Tanggung Jawab :
• Melakukan analisa mendalam terhadap debitur NPL Commercial baik eksternal maupun internal dalam menyelesaikan kredit bermasalah untuk mendapatkan tingkat pengembalian yang maksimal termasuk mempersiapkan memorandum persetujuan yang diperlukan. • Bertanggungjawab dalam penyelesaian kredit bermasalah (NPL) dengan cara restruktur, penagihan (Cash Collection), Asset settlement, Penjualan Loan, Litigasi dan cara lain yang menguntungkan Bank. • Bertanggungjawab melakukan penyelesaian debitur Commercial yang telah dihapus buku sehingga dapat diperoleh recovery yang maksimal. • Melakukan negosiasi terhadap debitur, investor dan pihak-pihak terkait dalam penyelesaian Loan. • Bertanggungjawab atas implementasi memorandum yang telah disetujui oleh Loan Committee namun tidak terbatas kepada collection, pembukuan, pelaporan.
Kualifikasi :
• Berpengalaman sebagai SAM Account Officer minimal 2 tahun atau berpengalaman sebagai Commercial Account Officer selama minimal 3 tahun pada lembaga keuangan • Menguasai bidang perkreditan dan pengetahuan hukum perbankan • Pendidikan minimal S1 • Menguasai bidang perkreditan dan litigasi • Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan maupun tulisan • Memiliki integrity dan kemampuan melakukan negosiasi khususnya SAM Debtor
