Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Director, Professional Services you will be responsible for managing multiple projects utilizing proven PROJECT management techniques, tools, and methodology. In addition, you will manage a team of Business Analysts and Technical Development team in delivering all the projects at hand. Responsibilities include:
• Manage projects within the constraints of the scope, quality, time and cost for using not just on on-time, on-budget but enabling measurable operational improvement.
• Manage a PROJECT team with the focus on development, goal achievement and alignment to departmental and corporate objectives.
• Be a trusted advisor to assigned departments, understand workflows and support the change management process.
• Contribute to the enhancement of PROJECT execution methodologies.
• Serve as a specialist who translates business problems and requirements into information requirements and systems.
• Function as PROJECT facilitator evaluating and acquiring resources necessary for the timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT project management experience.
• Prior experience in staff supervision/management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Ability to work with a variety of disciplines and levels of staff across departments.
