Job Description :
• Create HR Strategic Planning for Holding Company and its business units
• Planning and implementing HR program which align with company’s strategic planning
• Supervise HR Programs implementation at business units
• Execute periodical HR Audit
Qualification :
• Understand aspects of HR : compensation & benefit, training, policy & procedures, HRIS
• Have experience as HR Management for at least 2-3 years, preferably in holding company
