SENIOR ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
Basic Purpose:
To advise management in achieving high reliability and optimum operation of critical rotating equipment by preparing conceptual design, preparing engineering package for budget approval, preparing bid package, doing QA/ OC, conduct technical evaluation/ assessment, conduct performance test, doing troubleshooting and RCA.
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university or institute.
• At least 6 years experience in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, modification and engineering study of Turbomachinery. Experience in oil and gas industry will be and advantage
• Certified Vibration Specialist level-2 will be an advantage
• Experience in project support - Codes and Standards; Engineering Documentation; Manufacturing, QA/QC, Testing
• Experience in operation support - installation, Start-Up and Shut-Down, Turnaround Planning and Execution; Machinery - Process Interface, Production Optimization; Machinery Troubleshooting
• Experience in maintenance support-Equipment Health and Performance Monitoring; Maintenance Strategy, Spare Part Inventory and Management; Machinery Repair and Overhaul, Rotor Balancing.
PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Basic Purpose:
Complete engineering/ technical support for all phases of production operations. Responsible for initiating and conducting production engineering studies, recommendations, reports and planning activities for his/her assigned areas. Assist reservoir engineering and production technicians in the quality control of production allocations by field and by wells. The local point of contact for field operations and must provide recommendations to enhance production, backed by sound engineering practices. In addition, the candidate will need to become proficient in Block B Dry Gas field strategy and manage the production strategy by keeping the dry gas wells at optimum performance and meeting export demand.
Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum BSc degree in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• Must have strong analytical skills. The position requires that the candidate must be able to solve highly analytical problems with minimal supervision. Must be self-directed and capable of managing multiple tasks. The position requires the individual to have excellent interpersonal and time management skills. Technically competent in Production Engineering, but must also have some limited knowledge of subsurface functions (geology and reservoir engineering). The position also requires that the candidate possesses basic business knowledge and a good understanding of petroleum economics. Previous exposure to drilling and facility engineering is preferred, as well as field operations support.
MEASUREMENT SUPERVISOR
Basic Purpose:
This position is the supervisor and mentor for all measurement engineers and technicians and will be considered the owner and technical authority for all COPI measurement issues. They will be responsible to ensure measurement is accurate, meets the required standards, complies with contractual obligations and is consistent with government regulations.
Qualification & Experience:
• As a minimum, the candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Industrial Engineering and Chemical Engineering with 10+ years experience in oil and gas industry.
• Previous work experience in Gas & Liquid Measurement and strong knowledge of all types of Gas and Liquid Measurement in oil and gas operations.
• Strong communication skills and influence skills; able to translate procedures & correspondence from Indonesia to English and vice versa
• Previous work experience in establishing measurement standards and measurement procedures as well as strong knowledge of the technical details for measurement principles.
• Have extensive experience in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing work and supervising staff to achieve work goals and objectives. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
FIELD PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Basic Purpose:
Manage routine activities of production engineering in the field, which includes well start up, well surveillance, well tests and allocation, well and field optimization, and evaluating well potential. Work together with field Operation and Production Engineering office to improve the assigned producing asset. Provide office and onsite support during remedial job/well intervention operations. This is a field rotational work assignment either at onshore PSC fields or offshore Block B fields, with a required rotation into the Jakarta office.
Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum BSc degree in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of industry experience. Preferance to have production engineering experience with an anchor skill in operations, or artificial lift and well workovers. Must be self-directed requiring little to no direct guidance. Must be capable of managing multiple tasks and have time management skills. The position requires the individuals to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with operators, engineers, and managers. Must have high safety, environmental, and ethic standards.
