Responsibilities:

• Memperkenalkan produk baru ke retail outlet (kios/rombong) dan mengusahakan agar outlet tertarik untuk mengadakan produk tersebut sesuai dengan standar yang ada
• Secara reguler mengunjungi outlet untuk mendata stok produk maupun mengisi kekurangan stok yang ada
• Melakukan kegiatan merchandising di outlet dengan material promosi yang ditugaskan
• Memonitor program trade promo yang diadakan untuk outlet yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya
• Memastikan semua uang yabg diterimakan dari transaksi yang terjadi disetorkan sesuai prosedur yang berlaku

Requirements:
• Lulusan min. SMU atau sederajat, lebih disukai D3 atau S1
• Mempunyai SIM A/B dan atau SIM C bagi merekan yang menggunakan sepeda motor
• Mempunyai domisili yang tetap
• Mempunyai stamina yang baik untuk menjalankan target 65 call/day
• Sehat (ditunjukkan dengan surat keterangan dokter)
• Lebih disukai bila mempunyai pengalaman sebagai salesman bidang consumer goods
• Tidak mempunyai catatan kriminal
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia
• Lebih disukai jika mempunyai kendaraan bermotor
• Mempunyai kemampuan matematika yang memadai
• Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan
• Inisiatif dan kerja sama tim

* Supervise & drive Quality Team in implementing Quality procedures, Line-QC, Incoming inspection, and outgoing inspection to meet Corporate Target.
* Establish report and analysis of Product quality performance, problems, causes and customer complaint.
* Establish and maintain good relationship with customer particularly with their quality personnel and work together on new product quality standard and quality complaint.
* Work with related function in development of new product or process (local converted, in-house & outsource), including verification of product sample and setup a quality standard with customer.

Minimum Requirements:

* Min 3 years QC related experience with ISO 9001 & 14001 standard & implementation
* Engineer degree [Chemical, Physics, Industrial, Mechanical]
* Have experience in printing or Automotive-related component industry is preferred, but not mandatory
* General attribute [Moderate English proficiency, Computer & MS-Office proficiency, Team Work spirit, Fast learner, Leadership attribute]Strong interpersonal skills
* Independent, self motivated team player & high initiative person.
