Technical Support Engineer
Key Tasks
* Executing terminal test cases against the cellular network to support product acceptance activities.
* Providing technical support during the Product Acceptance phase towards the Technical Account Manager.
* Performing needed test activities in accordance with test schedules communication of critical technical issues as soon as they are identified.
* Performing initial technical investigation and analysis of issues.
* Understanding each operator's network set-up.
Competencies
* Technical knowledge of GSM cellular networks required.
* Team player.
* Strong work ethic.
* Able to commit and deliver according to time critical plans.
* Strong English language skills.
* Efficient and organised.
* Able to execute test specifications with minimal supervision and concisely document all results.
Education
* Bachelor Electronic/Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering degree qualified with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Experience
* Fresh graduates or recent graduates may apply. Some experience ( 1 – 3 years ) in telecommunication industries in the similar positions will be an advantage.
Networking
* Close co-operation with Indonesia Technical Account Manager and other Technical Account Managers in the APAC region.
