Trade Marketing Manager Indonesia
Responsibilities:
* Reports to Sales & Distribution Director Indonesia
* Responsible for designing (in full adherence with Marketing Strategy), evaluating and implementing the necessary activities to develop the company brands within different distribution channels, with particular focus on areas such as merchandising, promotion and management of commercial co-operation projects between the company, retailers and distributors.
* Participates (under strict supervision of Mktg Dept.) in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with the Key Accounts and DCs, in order to supervise all promotional activities.
* Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Mktg Investments and initiatives execution.
* For any form of communication directly or indirectly linked to Company/Brand equity works under strict supervision and responsibility of Marketing Dept.
* Is responsible for Sales Force Animation Programs and Actions.
* Is actively participating to specific dedicated trainings to Sales Force.
Requirements:
* Education University Degree from Business Administration preferred
* Have 2 years previous and recent experience in Commercial and/or Mktg Dept. in FMCG.
* Have 1 year minimum recently dedicated to Trade Mktg, Management being based in Jakarta.
* Good local network with relevant external contacts (see above) with Key Accounts based in Jakarta, specifically Carrefour, MataHari, AlfaMart, Indomaret, Giant, Hero, AlfaRetail, Makro.
* Strong Business sense, pragmatism.
* Organized and determined persistent person.
* Perfectionist and detail oriented. Searching for excellence. Achiever.
* Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership.
* Proactive and Team player.
* Able to promote cross functional effectiveness.
* Resource mobilizator.
* Analytical spirit, capacity to ease process and analyze figures. From complex to simple attitude.

* Training skills
* Able to communicate at different organization levels
* Field oriented person (70% field , 30% office)
* Efficient and punctual implementation of all planned Trade Mktg initiatives.
