BRAND MANAGER and ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER

BRAND MANAGER Responsibilities include bringing new and fresh ideas in building brand concepts and strategies as to strengthen both brand awareness and equity of the company’s backboned brand in the market. In the function, he/she will be challenged to develop & integrate brand communication strategies, seek consumer insight, keep abreast with consumer knowledge and interest, likewise maintain high level of service relationship with related departments (Sales, Distribution, and Manufacturing & Regulatory).
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree from reputable university. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods, and/or Consumer banking industries. Self motivated & dynamic; strong business acumen with the ability to think out of the box; Persona of assertiveness and management skill; Possess time management ability, planning and problem solving; preferred excellent interpersonal skill and good communication skill both Indonesian and English. Maximum age of 28 years old.
ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER The incumbent will be assigned to the Nutritions Division, Marketing Department and required to assist Brand Manager in developing marketing plan, monitoring the implementation of Marketing & Sales Excellence Program, and product launching.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree from a reputable university, majoring in economy or marketing. Maximum ageof 26 years old. Candidates must possess the effective communication skills, customer focus, planning and organizing and the attitude to meet strict deadlines. Other personal attributes sought are : self-starter, innovative, self-development, willing to travel and good team player. Fluently verbal & written English; Computer literacy will be an advantage.
