LAND MATTERS MANAGER
Basic Purpose :
• Responsible for overall management of Company Land Acquisition
• Managed the land acquisition activities
• Ensure that land acquisition is conducted pursuant to the applicable regulations and corporate policies.
• Responsible for obtaining a complete land title certificate / land registration documents of Company’s land asset.
• Provide legal advice to management on land matters.
• Ensure that the land acquisition is managed properly to minimize potential legal dispute.
Qualification & Experience:
• Must hold university degree, major in law is preferable.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in land acquisition in oil and gas industry.
• Posses the ability and strong knowledge to identify and present analysis on land acquisition development.
• Has a wide, strong and healthy network with the government as well as other external constituents.
• Have a good leadership and team working.
CORPORATE COMMUNICATION MANAGER
Basic Purpose :
• Responsible for a strategic communication planning for ConocoPhillips, as well as managing the implementation of various communication tools both internally and externally.
• Foster strong and healthy relationship with COPI internal and external constituents in order to safeguard ConocoPhillips reputation.
• Providing consulting services to other department, Leadership Team, and teams on strategic internal and external communications solutions.
Qualification & Experience :
• Must possess a University Degree in Mass Communication or Engineering. Master degree is an advantage.
• Strong network/relations with govt. authorities and mass media as well as good sense of awareness on public issues
• Minimum of 9-10 years of progressively responsible experience in oil/gas industry have exposure on public relations (internal and external comm.)
• Possess an extensive network with the government and other external constituents.
• Possess a strong leadership and good management skills.
