1. SVC LEADER-SERVICE TOOLS (Code: LDR-ST) – Balikpapan
Coordinates and directs the activities of service personnel including rigging up and rigging down on of service line equipment and the assembly and preparation of equipment for installation, running, and service of a job. Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Plans, monitors instrument, provides documentation and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed to assure quality of data/job. Evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance. Manages processes to ensure job site execution as designed. Monitors day to day operations under the guidance of the Service Coordinator, promotes HSE and acts as the HSE Safety Officer. Makes rig site visits to check for operation and HSE compliance.
Requirements:
1. Minimum High School education.
2. 5-7 years of exposure in oilfield services as Service Specialist which includes experience in all Service Tools operation and personnel supervision.
3. Experience in Sand Control operation would be an advantage.
4. Supervisory skill in leading and directing crew members.
2. SVC OPERATOR II – SERVICE TOOLS (Code: OP II-ST) – Jakarta
Actively participates in all phases of the rigging up and down of Service Tools service line equipment on work locations for the purpose of providing drillable and retrievable tools for use in pressure control, plug and abandon, treating, and squeeze operations. Performs the rigging up and rigging down on a location of service line equipment and in the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Assembles and prepares, as directed, equipment for installation and service. Drives a truck or other assigned equipment as required.
Requirements:
1. Minimum High School education.
2. Minimum 1 year experience as Operator – Service Tools.
3. Possesses basic computer skills.
3. SVC OPERATOR I – COMPLETIONS (Code: OP I-COMPL) – Balikpapan
Assists Service Specialist in installing well completion products. Assists with pre-job product and service equipment preparation (assembly, test, mobilization), and with product installation at the well site. Assists with post-job mobilization, clean up and repair of service equipment and products. Assists with process documentation as prescribed by HMS. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Minimum High School education.
2. 2-3 years experience in carrying out similar work in similar industry.
3. Possesses basic computer skills.
4. CUSTOMER FINANCIAL SERVICES (Code: CFS)
Generate AR/cash accrual from customer record in an effective, timely, and relationship oriented manner. Collect cash/A/R from assigned customer accrual portfolio. Identify, assign, resolve, report, and track customer service complaints. Organize and maintain file data on customer accrual and complaints. Develop core working relationships with customers, CFS personnel, Finance & Accounting.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting.
2. 1-2 years experience in commercial collections.
3. Proficiency in Computer Skills.
4. Able to make quick decisions and negotiate/communicate effective with internal and external customer.
General requirements for 1-3:
1. Fluent in English both oral or written.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Able to work as effective team members.
