PLANT ENGINEER - BOILER SYSTEM (BSE)

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for co-ordination of engineering efforts in his area of expertise to maintain and improve plant performance and reliability with respect to Boiler plant and associated auxiliaries including plant performance monitoring, optimisation and testing for the power plant (2 x 615 MW).

Candidates for Boiler System Engineer (BSE) position should have a university degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or other equivalent discipline with in depth knowledge of boiler standards such as ASME, thermodynamic, mass and heat balance, combustion process, fluid mechanic and related standards. Have extensive and on hand experiences in large capacity coal fired steam generators O & M. Professional Engineering Registration or progress towards registration is preferred.
