Production Superintendent (PRODSPT)
Summary of Position :
• In this position, candidate will supervise the production team engaged in field production, crude oil processing, product storage and exporting operations of CSEL producing assets in Seram and manage/carry out future mine planning projects and maintain a safe work environment and operate in compliance with company and government regulations.
Success candidate should have :
1. Engineering or technical degree (preferably in Mining, Mechanical, Industrial or Process Engineering)
2. 5+ years previous supervisory capacity in oil and gas industry or equivalent direct work experience is a plus
3. Must possess strong organization, communication and leadership skills
4. Intensive experience in the Operation and engineering system of producing crude oil, refinery and the export of High Sulphur Fuel Oil (HSFO) and Naphtha
Production Supervisor (PRODSPV)
Summary of Position :
• Responsibilities of position include scheduling production, shipping, maintenance, and other processing area functions in a high volume activities and processing production. In addition, candidate must be able manage hourly employees and ensure that they meet strict production timeliness as per company’s goals & instructions.

1. D-3 Polytechnic

Summary of Position :
• Maintenance Superintendent will be responsible for the safe repair of electrical and mechanical production equipment, assuring that all safety rules and regulations are followed including the processing of work permits, responsible for daily coordination of weekly and outage maintenance scheduling and establishing maintenance priorities and ensuring a safe work environment and operate in compliance with company and government regulations.
Success candidate should have :
1. Engineering Degree
2. 5+ years previous supervisory capacity in oil and gas industry or equivalent direct work experience is a plus
3. Proficiency in understanding mechanical systems and machine maintenance requirements

• This Position will responsible to supervise and monitor continuous improvements to function of refinery operations and will take ownership of predictive maintenance programs and perform special technical assignments as required. Typically this position includes providing engineering expertise covering design, control valve diagnostics, failure analysis reporting, specifications and recommendation for improved valve and instrumentation performance and eliability.

• Responsible for instrument maintenance operation (preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance). Carry out calibrations and repair of instrument equipments in accordance with safety procedures as per productions needs.

1. Technical High school with minimum 3 years in oil and gas industry operations or equivalent
2. Sound knowledge of control and instrumentations equipment in the industries
3. Experience in repair and maintenance Oil and Gas instrumentation including engineering system including refinery and the export of High Sulphur Fuel Oil (HSFO) and Naphtha
Sr. Mechanical Technician (SRMECTECH)
Summary of Position :
• Responsible for Plant Mechanical Operations in production area in Bula to support operation activities including conduct preventive maintenance of process equipments and program, perform daily activity and identifies any performance and problem occur in accordance with safety procedures.
Success candidate should have :
1. Technical High school with minimum 3 years in oil and gas industry operations or equivalent.
2. Experience in repair and maintenance Oil and Gas mechanical (rotating and non rotating) including engineering system including refinery and the export of High Sulphur Fuel Oil (HSFO) and Naphtha
Logistics Superintendent (LOGSPT)
Summary of Position :
• Responsible for leading logistics field activities and CSEL operations in achieving is business goals by providing a comprehensive logistics support.
• Responsible for organizing, supervising and provide supports for field logistical activities including transportation, camp accommodation, formalities, communication & warehousing.
Success candidate should have :
1. University degree in Engineering/ Business Administration or related subject.
2. Must possess strong organization, communication and leadership skills
3. Minimum ten (10) years comprehensive experience of in logistics, procurement and contracts work.
4. Understanding of Indonesian Procurement regulations.
Central Control Room Operator (CCRO)
Summary of Position :
• Responsible to organize and monitor the process and utility parameters in process plant of daily production activities including the issuances of work order, materials, daily production and activity reports as per production process needs
Success candidate should have :
1. Technical High school with minimum 3 years in oil and gas industry operations or equivalent
2. Proficiency in the use of computers and related software applications
3. Minimum two (2) years comprehensive experience as CCR Operator in the Oil and Gas engineering system including refinery and the export of High Sulphur Fuel Oil (HSFO) and Naphtha
Maintenance Planner (MTNCPLAN)
Summary of Position :
• A Maintenance Planner is responsible for assisting in the productions activities that maintenance performance completes work in the most cost effective and timely manner by assisting in the work plan, estimate, craft task and documentation of the work. Primarily a continuous presence site position, should be able to ID all the maintenance requirements for a work order or activity and compiling these activities into a detailed schedule that can be incorporated in the master schedule.
Success candidate should have :
1. D-3 Polytechnic with minimum 7 years as maintenance Planner in oil and gas industry or equivalent.
2. Well experience in maintenance scheduling, create preventive maintenance program and other related maintenance planning activities in Oil and Gas including engineering system of producing crude oil, refinery and the export of High Sulphur Fuel Oil (HSFO) and Naphtha
IT Officer (ITOFFF)
Summary of Position :
• Dedicated & hardworking computer professional focusing in area of Technical Support and/or Helpdesk with Networking (TCP/IP) knowledge.
Success candidate should have :
1. Minimum Diploma-3 in Computer Science or 3-4 year degree.
2. Minimum 4 years experience in similar fields.
3. Good command of English (oral & written).

• Willing to work under pressure situation and condition in remote area and overseas assignment on rotation basis if required.
