3. Mengetahui standar pelaporan cadangan.
4. Mengetahui penyusunan dokumen cadangan versi JORC
5. Faham dengan Kode KCMI
6. Sertifikasi CPI
7. Berpengalaman di bidang batubara
8. Kondisi fisik sehat
9. Bersedia melakukan dan mengkoordinir kegiatan eksplorasi.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawabnya:
1. Mengawasi kegiatan pemboran eksplorasi
2. Mengawasi core logging
3. Mengawasi perhitungan cadangan
4. Bekerjasama dengan konsultan dalam proyek perhitungan
cadangan.
