To strengthen our Production Team in Purwakarta, we are looking for an :

Operational Manager

The Job :
Reporting to our Production Director, you become a member of our Production Team.
In charge of our high performing and up-to-date production department, you motivate our production team.
You increase ownership, help to take initiative and work on improvement projects to reach the company goals and targets in our fast expanding operation.

Your Profile :
You are a driven people manager and you can motivate your team.
With a proven record in leading a production unit you are also interacting on the work floor.
As a university graduate with a strong technical background (preferably in weaving or textiles), you are experienced in organizing, improving, leading change and coordinating production and related activities.
Experience with the introduction of WCM is an advantage.
You speak English and are computer literate. You are honest, dedicated, communicative and well organized.
