Responsibilities:

• Untuk memberikan dukungan keselamatan dan kendali rugi yang dibutuhkan di area Proyek Remediasi Korosi dan bersama-sama dengan departemen pengguna mematuhi prosedur SHLP PTNNT. Melaksanakan tugas supervisi laporan langsung; mengaudit kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan, prosedur perusahaan dan peraturan nasional; membantu para supervisor lini dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan, komunikasi dan pelaksanaan filosofi dan prosedur Keselamatan, Kesehatan dan pencegahan kerugian Batu Hijau; menganalisis statistik departemen dan mengembangkan serta melaksanakan program untuk mengatasi defisiensi; memberikan informasi kepada manajemen mengenai peraturan pemerintah; dan mengusulkan metode-metode untuk memenuhi peraturan keselamatan saat ini, membuat laporan keselamatan kerja mingguan.

Requirements:

• Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun di industri pertambangan dan minyak dan gas bidang keselamatan dan kendali rugi.
• Pengetahuan & aplikasi praktek yang kompeten dalam bidang sistem keselamatan di lingkungan water/grit blasting & spray painting di area operasi.
• Pemahaman mengenai ketentuan pemerintah yang komprehensif.
• Mampu melakukan dan mendukung aktivitas tanggap darurat.
• Mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif di semua tingkat di dalam perusahaan dan membangun hubungan dan jaringan kerja.
