Project Documentation (DOC)


Requirements:

• General Qualification
• Work Experience at least 3 years
• S1 is a must from any major, IT preferably.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skill
• Good communication skill both in Indonesia and English
• Very high attention to detail.
• Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline.

Technical Skill

• Having experience in IT Project Documentation is a plus.
• Conduct and manage archiving for all project related documentations
• Support the preparation of reports to client (Monthly Executive Reports and Quarterly Reports)
• Experience in creating application manuals including SOP, checklist, UAT revision and request list, etc based on information from developers
• Good understanding in designing formats for all documents to create master documentation templates
• Ability to keep track of documents as well as document versioning
• Responsible for supporting trainings such as:
• Preparing training syllabus
• Coordination and scheduling for both trainers and trainees
• Setting up training session with external parties
• Documenting all training documents (hard and soft copy)
• Preparing all training accessories such as name tag, printed material, banner, program guide, etc. and distribute those accessories to all participants
• Assisting logistic for training needs
• Involved in administrative duties for training needs
• Program socialization:
• Supplying and compiling all materials related to the socialization programs according to the pre-defined formats
• Preparing time schedule
• Prepare all documentation needed for socialization


Additional Information:
• Employment status: contract based
• Length of contract: 13 months

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the sales and marketing of PT. INDOTECH MULTI PRIMA products for the end-users segments, particularly project based or even tender.
• Develop new customers and maintaining existing ones.
• Meet/exceed sales growth objectives
• A good sound technical/application knowledge base on all products
• Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of INDOTECH products, applications, and technology for the purpose of product sales
• Prepare quotations and follow-up on sales inquiries/proposal
• Regularly meeting customers to understand their business status, look for business opportunity, and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention
• Plan sales visits and prepare project activity reports on weekly basis or as required by supervisor
• Consistently provide feedback in regards to competition, product and/or market needs
• Facilitate meetings with customers for the Marketing and Technician as required
• Support marketing activities in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Maintain customers contact database

Requirements:

• Male
• Min. D3 with a good background and knowledge in Electrical / Machinery
• Min. 2 years experience in sales, preferably industrial tools and machinery
• Capable in writing and conversing in English
• Valid driving license
• Having personal vehicle will be an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficient with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Customer - driven and results-oriented
• Aggressive, proactive and must be a good team player
• Hardworking and Good under pressure
• Willing to do overtime, on holidays and weekends or as necessary e.g. Exhibition, sales meeting with clients, etc
