Responsibilities:

* Hotline support (phone, e-mail). Day-to-day asssiatnce to the Technical Teams of the Evolis Sales Partners.
* Repair, RMA management. Manage the Asian Evolis Repair Department: quotation, leadtime, feed back, product tracking, warranty management, return shipment management (packaging, freight, paperwork)
* Be the company product solution expert in providing Technical guidance and developing value proposal during Project pursuit activities
* Provide product solutions for customers, clarifying technical and application requirements
* Establish and maintain close and professional contact with regional technical personnel from partners to drive knowledge, confidence and awareness. Other responsibilities

* Perform technical troubleshooting, as necessary, to insure successful close of business by distributors/dealers.
* Proactively support our dealers and distributors in customer meetings and other key field sales activities. Such as seminars, trade shows, exhibits, etc.
* Participate in Customer visits with Sales to support technical clarifications or identifying suitable applications for company products
* Be the interface for Customers & AP Sales teams with Marketing, Customer Support and Factory on special products and application
* Be able to present and demonstrate our key products from the entire client Product range, Solutions and Services Portfolio to a variety of audiences.
* Some overeas travel will be required.

Requirements:

* Degree in Electronic, Information Technology or Mechatronics with 2 years working experience
* Strong knowledge of the following Operating Systems: All version of Windows, Linux & Mac .
* Understand drivers, installations procedures, .ini files, software development, C/ C++ language programming
* Strong knowledge of typical network environments & infrastructures.
* Strong knowledge of the key Corporate, Graphic Arts and Publishing applications. Such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Strong communication skills; ability to to communicate at all levels
* Strong investigation / analytical questioning skills
* Strong presentation skills
* Strong business sense
