Adapun PT Komipo (Korea Midland Power) sendiri adalah perusahaan listrik yang vertanggung jawab untuk memasok 13% dari semua listrik domestik di the Republic of Korea melalui operasi pembangkit listrik utama di 6 daerah yang berbeda di seluruh negara termasuk site Divisi Boryeong Thermal Power. Perusahaan ini menyediakan plant konstruksi dan konsultasi layanan, mengoperasikan pembangkit listrik, dan juga menyediakan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan, perusahaan ini juga menyediakan listrik ke Korea Electric Power Corporation.
