Project Management Officer


Summary of position:

• Accountable for successful project implementation (Scope, Schedule, Resource)
• Function as project support office in providing guidance on project management process to organization (project sponsor, project manager, project team)

Major duties and responsibilities:
Assist project manager to:

• Define project scope and establish project organization
• Develop an integrated plan with project team
• Monitor progress and identify issues/changes/risk
• Coordinate action plan in resolving issues, changes, and risk
• Lead and motivate project team in achieving project objective
• Enhance organization’s project management maturity to next level:
• Develop standard module for various type of projects to ensure repeatability & predictability process
• Introduce project management knowledge & tools
• Capture lesson learned to ensure continuous improvement

Selection criteria:

• Minimum S1 Major in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Agriculture Technology, or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 3 years work experience in managing projects
• Excellence understanding of project management process/PMBOK
• Familiar with project management software, minimum Microsoft Project
• Posses capability in analyzing and problem solving
• Excellence in people skills (possess strong communication & interpersonal skills)
