You need to have clear communication abilities and strong influencing skills to facilitate planning and organisational decision-making. You will readily oversee the day-to-day challenges that come from a role like this from budget management to staff development. You'll have the credibility to positively represent Oxfam at all national levels and internationally, and be analytical, flexible and fluent in English.
