Financial Controller Group Head

Main Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate the Group's activities; structure, promote and executive financing deals for the Group; as well as prepare the Group to be deal ready
• Lead and coordinate financial corporate structuring in line with strategic plan and control company performance through budget program
• Develop, maintain and strengthen the Group's relationships with financial institution and market
• Perform project analysis and investment valuation
• Develop and support new business initiatives
• Responsible developing, maintaining and providing financial information plans and projections; coordinate long term strategic planning and resource allocation for the Group.

Qualifications :

• Male or Female, age below 45 years old
• Min 15 years corporate finance experience in banking and/or in-house large MNC environment, with the last few years in a senior management position and have executed major corporate finance transactions
• Relevant discipline in the areas of Accountancy, Finance or Economics from good universities
• CFA, CPA or Master degree is preferred.
