PROJECT MANAGER / SYSTEMS ANALYST / SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Requirements:
* Degree / Diploma in IT or related field
* Confident, Proactive, and with a good analytical mind
* Able to work in minimal supervision
* Has a strong technical background
* For Project Manager
* At least 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager with experience it at least one complete cycle
* Strong knowledge and background in either Microsoft Applications(VB .NET, ASP .NET, C#, Biztalk) or Java, J2EE, JSP
* Certifications are added advantage
* Able to manage team of developers
* For Systems Analyst
* Minimum 4 years of systems development experience
* Experience in SDLC
* Srtong background in either .NET Technologies or Java J2EE
* Experience in implementing MS SharePoint technologies will be an advantage
* Has background on implementing n-tier, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
* Ability to provide technical solutions
* For Solution Architect
* Must have completed at least 2 full System Development Lifecycle
* Strong working experience in J2EE System Design Frame work, (Struts, Spring, Hibernate),developing, customizing and implementing software solutions
* Sun Java Certified Programmer with strong design skills
* Strong database knowledge
