We are an International Engineering/Procurement/Construction Company servicing the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery Industry, we have immediate vacancies for experienced and capable person :
1. LEGAL OFFICER (LO)
qUALIFICATIONS :

* Bachelor degree in Law graduated from reputable university in Indonesia
* Age 25-35
* Min. 3-5 years experience in handling legal matters, such as contact review, correspondence, agreements etc., conducting analysis of legal regulatory issues, liasie with government officials (Oil & Gas industry preferable)
* Excellent knowledge of Indonesian legal system and substance
* Good legal networking : outside lawyer, notaries and government officials



2. SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (SA)
Qualifications :

* Bachelor degree in Economic/Accountant graduated from reputable uiversity in Indonesia.
* Min. 10 years experience in Financial and Corporate Accounting and 3 years experience in Public Accountant firm will be advantageous.
* Have in depth knowledge in preparation of periodical statutory account, in project costing, auditing and corporate taxation.
* Entrusting to an action after analyzing financial information by generating alternative courses of action based on logical assumptions or other available resources.

3. TAX SPECIALIST (TS)
Qualifications :

* Bachelor degree in Fiscal or Accountant graduated from reputable university in Indonesia
* 5 years experience in Tax and 3 years experience in Tax Consultant firm will be advantageous.
* Experience in dealing with tax audit and tax refund is advantageous .
* Having completed all Tax Brevet from reputable institution
* Entrusting to an action after analyzing financial information by generating alternative courses of action based on logical assumptions or other available resources.

General Requirements :

* Fluent in both oral and written English and Indonesian
* Possess strong capability to work as a team or individual
* Being able to perform clearly defined, stable assignments with established goals and procedures and setting high performance work standards, assuming accountability and responsibility in accomplishing work goals.
* Attention to details is amust
* Good interpersonal skill
* Being able to set up courses of action to ensure that work completed efficiently by self or others within the group as well as supporting the development of other skills and abilities.
