Sales Engineer for Automotive Division
(SE - AUTO)
The incumbent will be responsible
to promote and sell, through Consultative Selling Approach, a wide range of 3M Automotive Products to Automotive market, both OEM & Tier Supplier (2W and 4W) and also develop, maintain and enhance customer relationship/ intimacy. In addition, he/she also has to work with distributors to maximize sales coverage and to provide better customer services.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum of 2 years selling experience to the relevant Market. Having well understanding of automotive (OEM) industry is an advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Good command in English for both verbal and written is a must.
• Result oriented person, self-driven, aggressive and highly motivated individual, fast learner and quick analytical mind.
• Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skill.
• Can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Able to work independently as well as work as a team.
