COSTUMER SERVICE (CS) Jakarta Based

Responsibility :

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

REQUIREMENT :

• Female, maximum 28 years old
• Have a minimum 1 year working experience as costumer service in banking or financial industries is preferred, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Good appearance, costumer oriented, smart and friendly.
• Minimum hold a Diploma (DIII) from any major with minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scale)
• Fluent in English. Able to speak mandarin is advantageous.
• Have a good communication skill
