Successful candidates will normally be based in their home countries in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, India or in Suzhou, China. However, some will be based at our headquarters in Klang, Malaysia.

Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
• Import and export chemical sales administration
• Taking care customers & develop strong relationships.
• Develop strong relationship with shipping line
• Provide strong customer services.......and feedbacks to sales team
• Internet research / intelligence.
Requirements:
• S1, any major - prefer in Marketing / Business.
• Experience in Customer service min 1 years ( export & import chemicals preferred )
• Computer literate (email system, Word, excel)
• English (required) & Mandarin (preferred)
• Strong personal characteristics / self confident / honest and sincere / trustworthy.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Full-Time positions available.
