Responsibilities:
* Involvement in the full spectrum of recruitment operations for a basket of R&D Divisions
* Attend various career fair in recruitment drive and promoting the organisation vision, values and a wide range of sponsorship and scholarship scheme
* Responsible for compilation and preparation of HR statistical and manpower reports
* Oversee daily operations of the HRIS and act as the primary interface across HR, Corporate & IT departments
Requirements:
* You should possess a Engineering Degree with 1 to 3 years of working experience preferably in HR management or a technically incline working environment
* Applicants with past working experience in SAP HR module will have an edge in their application
* Meticulous, IT savvy and possess the ability to interact with all level of people
* Experience in managing website content and development is an advantage
* Fresh graduates holding an Engineering degree are welcomed to apply
Other Information
* Working days: 05 days week
* Working hours: 0830h to 1800h
* Salary range: S$2,500.00 to S$3,500.00
* Flexible working hour scheme
* AWS payout: 13th month
* Variable PB: 1.5 to 3 months
