Tele-banking Officer @ International Bank - Permanent Career : RM2800 near LRT station (KL)
(KL Centre,Damansara Intan and Shah Alam)
Requirements:
* Basic Salary RM2300 + Allowance (RM280)
* Located nearby LRT Station(s)
Responsibilities:
* Handle telephone calls from customers efficiently with the use of good telephone techniques, customer service, speed and accuracy.
* Administer prompt feedback on operational issues for improvement.
* Exercise good customer service skills at all times.
* Handle customer enquiries
* Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries & complaints.
* Meet productivity and quality standards.
* Adhoc assignments to act as as mentor to new staff if selected.
* Feedback on difficulties faced at work to superior so that improvements can be made to environment and work processes
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma/Degree in any Field
* Proficient in MS word and Excel Applications
* Excellent Communication skills with a pleasant voice
* Good listening and problem solving skills
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service/call centre will be an added advantage
* Fresh graduates (Diploma / Degree holders) in any fields are also encouraged to apply.
* Able work on a rotation shift.
* Conversant in Mandarin as an additional Language skill would be advantageous
* Priority will be given to those can start work immediately.
