The general qualifications are as follows:
- University graduates (S1) in any major
- Under 26 years of age
- GPA/IPK minimum 2,75
- Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skill
- Active in campus or out of campus organization
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Functional excellence in accounting
- Leadership skills, self-motivated and willing to work hard
- Proactive and a hard driver to get things done
