Responsibilities:

* SENIOR ARCHITECT – USA
* • Should have at least 10-12+ Yrs experience
* • Extensive exposure to e-Enabling technologies - like Portals, Content Mgmt, SOA/Web Services, EAI, BPM, BI/DW, and Security (must have been hands-on in at least 2 of these) built on a strong foundation of OOAD, UML, J2EE, XML
* • Must have excellent knowledge of architecting systems involving multiple e-enabling technologies
* • Must have worked as an independent architect in at least 2 large size/complexity projects (Large Project Definition: multi-technology, multi-million dollar value, typical team size of 40-50 people)
* • Must have excellent knowledge of key technologies, products & standards across enabling space
* • Must have very good knowledge of architectural & design patterns and frameworks Extensive expertise in business and user requirements analysis
* • Experience developing and directing the system and component architectures
* • Analyzing trade-offs among alternative architectures options
* • Must have very good knowledge of emerging trends
* • Must have good international exposure/experience
* • Must have very good exposure end-to-end implementation lifecycle
* • Must have very good oral & written communication skills & customer interaction skills
* • Must have provided technical leadership to a team of technical designers
* • Plus – Certifications in any of the technologies mentioned above
* • Should have very good Vertical Industry Domain Knowledge
* • Working knowledge of concepts, terminologies & developing systems/applications in Banking & Financial Services Lending, Cards & Mortgage processing
* Specific responsibilities include:
* • Creation of architecture deliverables in support of domain target architecture activity for either a line of business or an enterprise domain.
* • Creation of feasible solutions assessments with in the feasibility phase of projects, on behalf of the architecture sponsor, where required.
* • Creation of architecture deliverables within the Definition phase of a project on behalf of the architecture sponsor
* • Updating the Requirements Traceability Matrix with mappings of architecture to System Requirements.
* • Technical management of the transition of projects from the Definition into the Design phase
* • Technical input to new 3rd party technology selections. -Approval of project high level designs on behalf of relevant architecture sponsor
* • Approval of project technical designs on behalf of relevant architecture sponsor providing estimates for architecture effort in feasibility and definition phases.
* • Ensuring that all deliverables adhere to architecture process quality requirements and standards.
* • Ensuring that all architecture deliverables meet stated Business and System Requirements and comply with all Enterprise Architecture Standards

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): J2EE, SOAP, WEBLOGIC.
* Preferred skill(s): WORKSHOP, OOAD, XML.
* At least 13 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
