Responsibilities:

To supervise TPO (Third Party Operation) owner regarding operations matters and to give feedback to Sampoerna-TPO Regional Manager in order to support the achievement of TPO compliance in term of company’s objective, policy, and regulation

Requirements:

Hold Bachelor Degree at any field (prefer Engineering (Industrial Engineering)but Management is acceptable, with Minimum GPA 2.75
Hold Strong Soft Competencies in Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Integrity, Achievement Orientation, Communication & Influence
Basic knowledge in Industrial Engineering
