Responsibilities:
- To assist PLD Manager in conducting recruitment and to make sure that the recruitment process are implemented refer to valid process procedure and meet the target
- To maintain headcount and positions record
- To assist PLD Manager in coordinating Human Resources issues/projects
- To coordinate Local and International Students Internship
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, preferably Psychology.
- Required skill(s): English, Ms Office, Interpersonal Relationship.
- Preferred skill(s): SAP, Psychotest.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Preferred language(s): German.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Gunung Putri - Bogor.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
