Job Description:
- Manage & Oversee day to day Construction management Of The Project By Contractor
- Monitoring for Contractor Implementation of the scope of work as related to installation / Construction / fabrication until commissioning in accordance with the approved project schedule & specification
- Report to project manager of contractor project details including progress, risk, opportunities, work scope & drawing are documented
- Ensure the work of contractor according with safety (K3) rules & mining regulation in Indonesia
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree in CIVIL Engineering with max age is 45 years old
- At least 10 years experience in Building construction preferred have experience in conveyor Line project & mining area
- Well developed interpersonal skills ability to get along well with diverse personalities, tactfull, mature & flexible
- Ability to operate independently & self manage projects
- Sound Administrative skills well developed management skills
- Strong analytical, reasoniy abilities & leadership skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, able to communication with english language
- Will be placed in TALIABU Island, north Maluku with roster 6 weeks working & 2 weeks Off
