Deputy Project Manager
Job description:
1. Sex: Male
2. Age: 30 to 40 years old
3. Profession: Construction Engineering
4. Diploma: Bachelor degree, diploma (techhnical or
managerial)
5. Work Experience: experience in construction site over 8
years, understand civil construction, related installation process as deputy
project manager, independently already built 5,000 meter square of industrial
project (proven with certificate).
6. Personality: Having good attitude, work hard,
responsible, having good communication and coordination, can manage effectively
all participations for the whole project, fully control construction safety,
quality, schedule, and costs in finalizing the project works. Able to work in
Taliabu.
7. Language: Able to read and write engineering English
(Prioritized those able to understand Chinese).
8. Understand Auto Cad, and Surpac.
Project Design & Planning
(Drafter)
Job Description
1. Design and plan shop drawing of construction/building,
such as maps, layout, partials and details.
2. Check and revise shop drawing as a whole.
3. Redraw the shop drawing into as built drawing.
4. Plan materials (types, specifications, amount, costs) and
method of implementation used on work plan.
5. Document and take inventories of all daily reports of
civil engineer on site, and manage the reports into weekly and monthly reports.
6. Plan works, such as budget, cost estimation, time and
manpower needed for every project.
Qualification
1.Education: engineer, at least D3 with minimum work
experience of 5 years as quantity surveyor/drafter/planning, and S1 with
minimum work experience of 3 years as quantity surveyor/ drafter/planning.
2. Male with age of 27-35 years.
3. To be assigned on mining site in Maluku Utara.
4. Having good communication capability, careful, and hard
working.
5. Able to operate Auto Cad ( Update Version )
