PT Santika Pendopo Energy KSO was awarded by Pertamina EP, a
subsidiary of PT. Pertamina (PERSERO), for the Talang Akar Pendopo Field on
June 5, 2010 through the Kerja Sama Operasi (KSO) also know as the “Operation
Cooperation” program. The block is located Pendopo Field, South Sumatera,
Indonesia with a total acreage of about 85 km square.
1 . Legal Officer
• Monitoring and/or advising all Legal Matters
• Ensure the Company Regulations complies with all statury
and corporate governance practices and guidelines across multiple jurisdictions
• Provide contracts to support user and procurement
• Provide advices on corporate legal issues and business
matters
• Provide commercial legal support to all departmental
projects and job functions
• Responsible to provide legal assistance for the Contracts,
Litigation and Industrial Relation.
• Evaluate, manage and performs detailed legal analysis
based on request for legal clarifications from Industrial Policies.
• Conducts to develop Standard Operating Procedures and
Business Process.
• This includes ensuring submission of proper legal advice
being sought to Corporate Legal and obtaining a response in strict compliance
of specifications on the term of reference for the legal advice that is sought.
• Report status on all legal issues including any
outstanding matters awaiting senior management guidance on a continuous basis,
if need be on the progress and status of live and completed legal task
assigned.
Education:
• Minimum university degree Bachelor Degree in Law, or
equivalent post graduate qualification.
Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 10 years experience of which 5 years in general
legal practice.
• Having PTK 007 SKKMIGAS Certification
• Age between 30-45 years
2. Construction & Facility Engineer
• To plan and prepare short term and long term activity in
order to develop production facilities and drilling preparations including
field access
• Coordinate facilities development and optimization,
include compression equipment, pipeline, and unit separation of gas and liquid
and waterflood system.
• Coordinate technical aid in process, design, construction,
installation, and optimization of production facilities
• Coordinate preparation of bidding document for technical
assignment, material and equipment procurement, construction activity; and
evaluate a contractor bidding
• Evaluate and approve construction design, specification,
and contractor calculation in order to get an appropriateness with company
requirement as determined
• Monitor construction activity and maintain production
fasilities, and evaluate production operation facilities
• Liaise with business partner and related government
institution
• Creat activity report of production facilities development
and give it to supervision
Education:
• Minimum university degree Bachelor Degree in Civil,
Machine,Electrical, or equivalent post graduate qualification.
Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Age between 30 – 45 years
3. Production Engineer
• Control production operations and water flood and its
activities.
• Analyze each well and propose wells to be reactivated,
workovered and optimized
• Control well result that have been conducted by
stimulation and workover program
• Propose wells for pressure survey in selected layer and
compartment
• Analyzed IPR and ADT in each active well for lifting
optimization
• To ensure the smoothness of pressure survey by arrange a
schedule of BHP withdrawal, etc.
• Prepare for evaluation studies of; petroleum and gas,
reservoir engineering, and its proposal
• Assist to update and optimize plans and strategies
according to additional data of geology, reservoir, and production performance
as provided
• Assit to conduct engineering and geological studies,
related to certain technical problems and/or opportunity to implement new
technology. Contribute actively to the team concept for undertaking work,
exploiting opportunities, and problem solving
Education:
• Minimum university degree Bachelor Degree in Petroleum, or
equivalent post graduate qualification.
Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Age between 30-45 years
4. Sr. Reservoir Engineer
• To plan and prepare for reservoir arrangement and field
development strategy in bothy primary and secondary stage.
• Control and responsible for engineering and geological
studies, relative to the presence of technical problem and/or probability to
implement of new technology.
• Propose new ideas actively to concept suggestion team in order
to perfom an assignment, utilizing for probability, and problem solving.
Education:
• Minimum university degree Bachelor Degree in Petroleum, or
equivalent post graduate qualification.
Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 8-10 years experience
• Age between 30 - 45 years
5. Production Superintendent
• Coordinate arrangement and implementation of budget
planning and strategy for technicsl needs and short term/long term planning in
field production operation
• Indentify probability and implement programs in order to
improve operation efficiency, cost reducing, and production improvement
• Coordinate implementation of task distribution/ delegation
about process plant improvement and production optimization. Lead and supervise
field team including support to maintain high productivity.
• Coordinate implementation of operation practices which
could be responsible environmentally to field personnel. Conduct controlling
activity and creat a routine report of all activity in field operation
Education:
• Minimum university degree Bachelor Degree in Petroleum, or
equivalent post graduate qualification.
Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 8-10 years experience
• Age between 30 – 45 years
