We are currently seeking:

Facilitator for Farmers Extension, Knowledge Transfer & Training

Job Description:
• Manage a project regarding the training of 10,000 farmers in Indonesia,
• Function as intermediate between the technical experts (both WUR-APR and IVEGRI) and Ewindo field staffs as trainers
• Set up a central Knowledge & Information hub for EWINDO’s product promoters / trainers.
• Develop and produce materials/tools/kits to be used by trainers need in implementing farmers training

The position:
• Contract base with term of 2.5 years
• To be based in Jakarta, and requires frequent travelling to the fields and farmers groups
• Good benefits and remuneration package

Requirement / profile needed:
• Graduated from agricultural background or related field
• Experienced in agriculture/agribusiness or development projects and capacity building, experience in horticulture field is preferred
• Good in English (speaking, written) professional
• Good communication skill & good teamwork
• Knowledgeable/ICT friendly
• Social media and training skills
