About Our Palm Oil Plantation Business
In Indonesia, we produce high quality crude palm oil and palm kernel from fresh fruit bunches grown on our own plantations and sourced from local smallholders. Our operations comprise:

• PT Hindoli in South Sumatra, our first investment in Indonesia oil palm plantations made in 1996, and
• PT Harapan Sawit Lestari and subsidiary in West Kalimantan, acquired in 2005

Together, these plantations cover around 41,000 hectares, and employ about 8,000 Indonesians. We also own and operate four palm oil mills with a total capacity of 320 ton of palm products per hour. In addition, we buy palm fruits from around 11,500 smallholder farmers who own an additional 23,000 ha plantations.All in all, we estimate that our plantations contribute to the economic welfare of more than 100,000 local Indonesians through the crops,products and services we purchase to operate our plantations.

Program Overview
Cadets are actively involved in the training process which is divided into three categories: classroom training, on the job training and project based.
This program consists of 3 major area, which are Mill Cadet - focus on Manufacture, Field Cadet - focus on Plantation, and Program Assurance Cadet that focus on Safety & Compliance

After graduation, all successful field cadet participants will be placed based on the availability of theposition in land clearing, breeding unit, planting unit or harvesting unit in palm oil plantation.

Spesific Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Technology, Human Ecology, and related major
• Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00

General Required Qualifications:

• Active in organizational committee during college year
• Fair capability in English, verbal and written
• Strong personality in dealing with challenges
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interested and ready to be placed in remote plantation area
• Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment
