Due to our rapid expansion, we are currently seek young
talented to strengthening our team as:
IT Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for corporate’s business process improvement and system enhancement projects
- Gather, study and document user’s requirements and propose feasible solutions to ensure all users’ requirements are addressed properly
- Communicate effectively with IT teams to ensure understanding of business requirement and follow up the full SDLC to ensure applications developed are according to the business requirements
- Responsible for the post-implementation and prepare user guide and conduct training for users
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Good 'process' understanding of or having actual experience (up to 4 years preferably) in a particular functional area (SCM, Financial & Accounting)
- 4 years relevant working experience in ERP systems, preferably with hands-on skill in PL/SQL and Oralce applications
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills (i.e. able to break down problems and identify root causes)
- Having gone through system development experience (either as a user or developer) is a plus - for system testing duties
- Good communication and interpersonal skill - for client interaction and training responsibilities
- Good documentation skill and familiar with project life cycle methodology and prevalent project planning tools
- Good writing skill - in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
