We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

COST CONTROLLER

Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor degree in Accounting
  •  Minimum 5 years experiences in the same position
  •  Minimum 5 years experiences involvement in project or major facilities, related in oil and gas industry (offshore background would be advantage)
  •  Proficient in English both oral and written
  •  Well organize with and meticulous attention to detail
  •  Independent, good personal and communication skill
  •  Able to work under preassure and meet deadline.



INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Requirements:
  •  Bachelor Degree in any disiplines
  •  Total of 10 years of working experiences in insurance
  •  Have experience in handling insurance related with Oil & Gas industry will be a good advantage• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal
  •  Strong command in English both verbal and written in English both verbal and written


PRIME CONTRACTS MANAGER

Responsibility:
  •  Responsible for the management and administration of all Prime Contract post award.
  •  Manage junior local Prime Contract Administrator with ability/focus on knowledge transfer and specifically spearhead, develop and implement management processes to maximize contract value.
  •  Administer Prime Contracts and ensure best possible outcome for the company whilst assisting to meet the Clients deliverable expectations.
  •  Participate in meetings and offer contractual guidance and support to the Project Managers.
  •  Elaise with all internal functions and groups with regards to risk mitigation; pass through of any liability/obligations, insurance provision, schedule, growth, change, and any cost and contract procedural requirements.
  •  Preparation, control and coordination of all contractual project correspondence, administration of guarantees, bonds, warranties, and project close out including full discharge of our liabilities under the main contract.
  •  Prime Contracts Manager ability to educate relevant parties in implementing Change Order Management processes and ensureing that “ALL” potential variations/claim available under the terms of the contract are identified and administered in a timely fashion.


Qualification:
  •  Bachelor degree in any discipline .
  •  Have minimum 15 years experience in Oil and Gas offshore construction industry in similar position.
  •  Legal background or quantit surveying background will be an advantage.
  •  Fluent in English both oral and written.
  •  Able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high speed and accuracy level
  •  Systematic, detailed and well-organized.
  •  Computer literate.


PRIME CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibility:
  •  Support the Prime Contracts Manager to execute his/her functions specified above.
  •  Prime Contracts Administrator will later assigned their own duties on projects to administer albeit under the guidance and supervision of the Prime Contracts Manager.


Qualification:
  •  Have minimum 5 years experience in Oil and Gas offshore construction industry in similar position.
  •  Legal background or experience in the same position will be an advantage.
  •  Fluent in English both oral and written.
  •  Able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high speed and accuracy level
  •  Systematic, detailed and well-organized.
  •  Computer literate.


PRIME CONTRACTS RISK ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibility:
  •  Review potential Client ITT documents for Prime Contracts.
  •  Perform Quantitave Risk Analysis.
  •  Develop risk mitigation options and provide qualifications and exceptions to proposed terms and conditions thereto.
  •  Participate in negotiations with potential Client in order to minimize all risks that Company may encounter in the event of Contract Award.
  •  Participate in negotiations with potential Client up to award and be fully responsible to conclude the Prime Contract/agreement for handover to Project Management Team post award.


Qualification:
  •  Have minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas offshore construction industry in similar position.
  •  Legal background or experience in the same position will be an advantage.
  •  Having knowledge about PTK-007.
  •  Fluent in English both oral and written.
  •  Team Player.
  •  Able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high speed and accuracy level
  •  Systematic, detailed and well-organized.
  •  Computer literate.


PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER

Qualifications:
  •  Male / Female, max. 35 years old
  •  Bachelor Degree Engineering
  •  Must have at least 5 years experiences as project control engineer in oil & gas company
  •  Have strong motivation, organize. honest, careful, detail, target oriented, hard worker, able to work under pressure
  •  Having excellent interpersonal skill to interact with all kinds of social level, good communication skill and able to work as a team and independently
  •  Excellent in Primavera 6
  •  Fluent in English both oral and written


PROJECT ENGINEER (GREEN FIELD)

Requirements:
  •  Possess 5 years minimum experience in the same position
  •  Has done project preparation such as writing installation procedures
  •  Has worked onboard barge or vessel as Field Engineer or Project Engineer during installation of subsea system in 3 different projects as a minimum
  •  Has working experiences in Oil & Gas industry, especially in offshore projects
  •  Good English speaking and writing


PROJECT HSE MANAGER

Requirement:
  •  Hold Bachelor or Diploma degree in HSE Management with min. 10 years of experience or Bachelor degree in Engineering with some formal HSE qualification such as NEBOSH having min. 15 years of experience.
  •  Experience at least 10 years in oil and gas industry
  •  Sounds knowledge of applicable national and international codes, standards, and regulatory requirements and Industry HSE Best Practices namely quality and HSE Management Systems i.e. SMK3, ISO9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, applicable IMO Standards such as ISM Code, ISPS Code, MARPOL 73/78, SOLAS Conventions
  •  Knowledge and ability to perform effective Risk Assessment technique or facilitate HSE studies such as HAZID, SIMOPS, JSA/TRA
  •  Able to use management concepts and principles including goal setting, planning and execution in implementing company HSE policies, procedures, guidelines and work requirements
  •  Experience in develop HSE training program and deliver training to all levels
  •  Has highly analytical and thorough approach, also good in organizing, planning and coordinating.
  •  Excellent relationship building, problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills
  •  Excellent in English and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels on a wide range of complex and sensitive issues
  •  Good computer skills (MS Words, excel, Power Point)
  •  Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, responsible, integrity and good working ethics.


QA/QC COORDINATOR

Requirements:
  •  Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  •  Knowledge in CSWIP 3.1/ AWS & CWI
  •  Minimum 7-10 years of working experiences in oil & gas industry
  •  Familiar with code of standards and classification body requirements
  •  Computer literate
  •  Good proficiency in English both verbal and written


SUBCONTRACTOR SPECIALIST

Requirements:
  •  Male/Female, max. 45 years old
  •  Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  •  Have min. 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry
  •  Able to conduct all procurement process & activities, also liaise with internal & external parties during procurement process, prepare document of contracts/ purchase/ service order to be sign by both parties
  •  Good command in English both written and spoken
  •  Systematic, detailed and well-organized
  •  Computer literate
