Corporate Legal Manager
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate action are covered and fulfilled
• Providing legal opinion, review and drafting
• Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling and legal processing
• Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may affect to the company.
• Develops and modifies policies and procedures to conform to legal regulatory and network firm requirements include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions, current investment and new business ventures
• Prepare and evaluate legal implications for any corporate actions, current investment and new business ventures and Periodically review, monitor, and audit the legal documentations and fillings all subsidiaries, branches and affiliated companies
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University
• Female, max 40 years old
• At least 5 year – 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Competency in advance Administrations, legal documents, legal contracts / agreements & negotiations
• Extensive knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, preferably has lawyer licence from PERADI
• Strong exposure and sound knowledge in handling corporate legal matters and contracts
• Strong project management, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in teams or independently with minimum supervision, and to manage multitasks
• Proficient in English and Indonesian, both oral and written (Mandarin is preferable)
