Business Development General Manager


Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling all business development' strategy to achieve competitive property's product.
• Find and propose to board of Director for the new business units which have big potential for company business development.
• You will report directly to the Director and/or President Director of the company.

Requirements:

• Age Between 30-40 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture), Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
• Able to make Market Survey, Market Review.
• Good communication in English (oral & written).
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the property developer.
• Preferably specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Has a good leadership and high commitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and with a strong costumer focus.
• Flexible, socialable, and easy to deal with any level of the organization.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
