Currently, we are looking for potential candidate to fill the following position for our District Office located in Indonesia (Jakarta):

Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will report to the Indonesian Controller with the following responsibilities:
• Financial accounting functions including journal entries preparation, account reconciliations, issuing and tracking invoices.
• Handling Account Receivables and Account Payable
• GL payment processing
• Expenses report processing and payment
• Handling inter-company accounts and transactions
• Known and able to report Indonesian Tax
• Knowledge of Accpac accounting software an added advantage

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting (minimium qualification required)
• 3 to 5 years of post graduate experience
• Good experience in handling of AR, AP, GL payment and Expenses report processes
• Experience and familiar in handling of Indonesia Tax report and submission
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• A self starter, energetic with an analytical & inquisitive mind
• Excellent communication skills with staff at all levels
• Able to communicate in English
