HR Staff



Responsibilities:

• To handle recruitment & selection activities from sorting CV, contact candidates, conducting psychological test, and doing recruitment administration related tasks (invoice process, data filling, etc)
• To handle HR budget maintenance
• To update organization structure
• To support HR project activities

Requirements:

• Master Degree (S2) or Bachelor Degree (S1) major in Psychology with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Preferably has 1 year experience as a HR staff (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Age maximum 25 years old
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Familiar with psychological diagnostic tools and has good computer skill
• Can work accurately, dependable, and has initiative
• Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime.
• Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
