Recruitment and Selection Officer



Responsibilities :
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally
• Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face interviews for junior & mid level post & support all parties in concern with assessment
• Manage candidate database and job advertisement posting in media (newspaper and internet)
• Conduct psychological testing and interview
• Support HR Development Manager with weekly update on recruitment progress


Requirements :
• Male/Female, Max 32 years old.
• Master Degree in Psychology, preferable having psychologist certification. (It’s a MUST!)
• Having 3-5 years of experience handling recruitment process in Manufacturing Company.
• Excellent in psycho diagnostic (psychological test & making psychological report), interviewing skill and assessment
• Good in English, both for written & oral.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Good interpersonal & Communications skills; Good team player; flexibility; Hardworking & Self Motivated.
• Creative, passion and willing to work with target
• Willing to be located at Tambun.
• Can join immediately.
