During the period of 1968 – 1970 the brand “EBARA” was launched and continuously grow up until now as well known pump in Indonesia. Currently the company expanded their business not only as pump dealer, but also as Distributor, Engineering, Procurement and Contractors.

Branch Manager - Surabaya



Responsibilities:


• Managing Area Supervisor in developing the business in the assigned area
• Monitor competitors activities and propose any actions to the management
• Increasing sales & market share

Requirements:


• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Min. Experience 2 years as a regional / branch manager in the same field.
• Prefered living in East of Java, Kalimantan Area & Eastern part of Indonesia.
• Target oriented, hard worker, be able to work under pressure.
• Analytical, creative, systematical thinking.
• Preferably have established contacts with customers in area (e.g Surabaya, Kalimantan Area & Eastern part of Indonesia).
• A dedicated individual with a passion to achieve results and a strong leader with good acumen in managing change.
• Work Location in East Java & Kalimantan.
