Responsibilities:

• You will embark on a 5 months development program which will be continued with special assignment for 12 months that will equip you with professional management of Technicians capabilities across CCBI Plant in order to be succeed in a major Fast Moving Consumer Goods multinational business. It takes unshakable commitment from you to endure this challenging process, but consider this as an indispensable learning opportunity. If you can excel throughout evaluation process, you will assume as a High Technical Skill where you will join the International Recognized Certification (TAFE) or you could also be identified as a High Leadership Skill where you will be given higher responsibilities as a leader and enjoy an attractive remuneration package.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic Graduate from reputable polytechnic/university
• Fresh Graduate is preferred.
• GPA/ IPK minimum 3.00
• Active in campus or out of campus organization
• Posses specific skills in technical field is preferred
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Willing to travel, mobile and ready for assignment all around Indonesia.
