Requirements:

• Male / female
• Age max 40
• Good command in english
• Formal education : S1/S2 in mechanical & electrical and/or master in business administration
• Work Experiences : > 5 years in building management of high rise building (24 floor offices) with marketing oriented is an advantage.
• Good personalities : high discipline, energetic, honest, open-minded, neats, good communication skills.
• Others : knowledge of Standard Quality System (ISO 9001 : 2000)
